Mad Alchemy Embrocations & Creams Warm Weather Summer Embrocation

Living the lush lotion life. Part of why Mad Alchemy is so good is that the alchemists have a passion for embrocation. They don’t only use it when it’s cold and grey, but when it’s warm and sunny. As such, they’ve minted a non-warming Warm Weather Summer Embrocation.

Yes, it’s an embrocation for days when you don’t need a base layer. Part protection, part inspiration, part ritual, it has the body and shine of their hot rubs, but with crisp, summery scents that are appropriate when you’re pulling out the summer jerseys and donning sunscreen. They tell us “there’s an embrocation for every day and every climate,” and the non-warming cream covers the days when you’re thinking more about sweating than staying warm.

The main ingredients are the same as they use for the rest of the line: grapeseed and rapeseed oils, beeswax, and shea butter. Added to that are spearmint and eucalyptus essential oils. The former is slightly cooling to the nostrils, and the latter helps keeps bugs at bay.
