By incorporating power data into our regimen we can get the most out of every ride, whether we’re training for an event or just want to be a stronger rider. The Stages Cannondale SI L Gen 3 Power Meter Crank Arm is a good way to get into the power game when we already have an existing Hollowgram Si or SiSL2 crankset. We’re simply replacing our non-drive side crank arm with this unit from Stages. The 3rd generation of Stages power meters saw updates that improve accuracy and signal strength, making it their most reliable unit to date.
